Throughout the event, delegations will be accommodated in facilities selected for their comfort, proximity to the competition venues, and quality of service.

Cancellation
The Accommodation Booking and Cancellation Policy should include all these points
- Deadline for registrations (as much as possible aligned with Registration deadlines)
- OC deadline with the accommodation and conditions
- Check-In / Check-Out Information – time, considerations, early check in and late check out possibilities and extra fees
- Penalties for late cancellation or late modification of the delegation
- Room distribution policy (by FISU requirement should be twin rooms by default for participants and single for HoD, Room allocation shall follow the principles: Don’t mix countries; Don’t mix genders; Don’t mix athletes & officials; Consider sport requirements (Size of the athletes, storage room, technical room, meeting rooms, etc.) – See additional requirements in the General Handbook
